An Evening with Stephen Sondheim

Join us for an evening with Stephen Sondheim, the most important artist to work in American musical theater over the past half-century. Mr. Sondheim will be interviewed onstage about his prolific career as a composer and lyricist by NPR's David Bianculli.

This special event will take place on June 1, 2018, 7:00 pm at the Nicholas Music Center.

Sondheim composed and wrote A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Follies, Pacific Overtures, Sweeney Todd, Merrily We Roll Along, Sunday in the Park with George, Into the Woods, Passion, and more. He also wrote the lyrics for West Side Story and Gypsy.
